INGREDIENTS:Â
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (85 grams).
- 1 TBSP Nescafe classic ( 15 grams).
- 1/2 cup of sugar (90 grams).
- 1 egg.
- 50ml vegetable oil .
- Â 50ml milk .
- 1TSP baking powder (5 grams).
- 1 Cup of all purpose flour (120 grams).
For the cream.
- 1/2 pack cream (100 ml).
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (30 grams).
DECORATION:
- Â 2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts (30 grams).
DIRECTIONS:Â
- In a bowl, add yogurt and Nescafe coffee and whisk well & set aside.
- In another bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add Coffee mixture, baking powder, vegetable oil, milk and whisk well.
- Add all purpose flour and beat until lumps get disappeared.
- Grease baking pan with cooking oil and place butter paper.
- Now pour batter (cake mixture) in prepared baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- If you don’t have oven then cook in a Pressure Cooker/cooking vessel.
- Add 1 Cup salt in cooker and place stand inside it.
- Heat cooker for 10 minutes at medium flame.
- Now put baking pan over stand and cover the cooker/vessel with a lid.
- Cook for 40 – 50 minutes at low to medium flame.
- Remove the cake from cooker and transfer it to the wire rack/ plate.
- Â let it cool for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Pour cream on the cold cake.
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts on the cake for decoration.
- slice it and serve happily.
