How To Make Mozzarella Onion Rings Cheese Stick.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Onions (large or medium)
  • 100g Mozzarella cheese
  • 50g Flour
  • 100g Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • Cooking oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. First, we need 70-100g of mozzarella, depending on the amount of cheese you would love to eat.
  2. Put it aside after slicin’ it up.
  3. Cut the onions into rings of approximately 1.5 – 2cm  thickness.
  4. Separate each onion rings out.
  5. Choose the rings with the width difference of 0.3-0.5 cm.
  6. Next, just put the cheese inside the gaps.
  7. put in 50g of flour in one bowl.
  8. Put in 100g of bread crumbs in second bowl.
  9. Crack in 2 eggs into the third bowl.
  10. Add salt and black pepper powder .Whisk the eggs away.
  11. Roll onion rings in the flour and then the eggs.
  12. And then roll into bread crumbs.
  13. Coat them with another layer of eggs and then another layer of bread crumbs .So that the cheese won’t leak while frying.
  14. Fill the pan with oil and let it boil.
  15. Depending on the size of your pan, drop one or several onion rings. After a minute or two flip and fry till it is crisp and golden brown all around.
  16. Take it out when it’s golden brown or a slightly lighter color
  17. Transfer fried onion rings to a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  18. Serve and enjoy.
