  • 1 Cup Hot Milk
  • 1 Pinch Cocoa Powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl, add instant coffee powder, sugar, and lukewarm water.
  • Mix them well until sugar dissolved well.
  • Beat the mixture using an electric hand whisker or manual hand beater. You can beat the whole mixture in the blender too.
  • Beat the mixture for at least 6-7minutes until it turns out to be frothy and color changes to lighten.
  • When the creamy and thick mixture is prepared, place it aside, (Tip: this creamy mixture can be stored for more than 1 week in an airtight container while refrigerated.)
  • Heat 1 cup of milk for preparing cappuccino coffee. Whisk milk while boiling to turn it into a frothy appearance.
  • Add 1Tbsp of cappuccino mixture in a separate cup. Top that cappuccino mixture with a cup of hot whisked milk.
  • You can also add more than 1tbsp of cappuccino mixture to get stronger coffee.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the coffee to make its texture more flavored.
  • Finally, coffee is now ready to be served with some chocolate cookies.
