INGREDIENTS:
1: Cherry Tomatoes 7
2: Garlic 4 Cloves
3: Olive Oil 1/4 Cup
4: Feta Cheese 1 Block
5: Salt To Taste
6: Black Pepper To Taste
7: Oregano To Taste
8: White Pepper (Optional) To Taste
10: Pasta 1 Cup
11: Chili Flakes 1/2TSP
12: Basil/ coriander Leaves As required
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 400F (204C).
2) Place cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic in a baking tray.
3) Add olive oil, black pepper, salt, oregano, white pepper and mix.
4) Add Feta cheese in the center and add a little more olive oil and
seasoning on top.
5) Bake in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes until the garlic has softened and the
tomatoes have burst their skins.
6) Cook the pasta according to package directions.
7) Take baking tray out of the oven and mash tomatoes, garlic and feta
cheese with a fork and mix until evenly combined.
8) Mix Pasta in Pasta sauce.
9) Sprinkle with Chili flakes and mix well.
10) Taste and season with additional salt and pepper.
